Empowering Families to Raise Children to Their Fullest Potential

The Travis County Community Resource Coordination Group (CRCG) is a community partnership made up of public and private service organizations in Travis County. The goal of the meeting is to improve access to services and support for children and youth with complex needs. We are part of Travis County’s Children’s Mental Health System of Care and serve as the referral source for The Children’s Partnership program.

Frequently Asked Questions

The goal of Travis County’s CRCG is to meet with families and youth to identify individualized community-based service recommendations.  The CRCG meeting is the first step in building community partnerships with families of children and youth who have complex needs requiring services from multiple organizations and programs.

Children and youth are typically referred to the CRCG meeting by a current service provider, the child’s school, behavioral health clinician, or anyone seeking additional support for a child or youth.  Anyone can make a referral to the CRCG, including a child’s family or the youth needing support.
