Statewide Criminal History Check
Criminal history information, including for both Travis County and the State of Texas, is available with the Texas Department of Public Safety. Please use the TDPS Criminal History Search, or call (855) 481-7070. Fees for this service may apply.
Travis County Criminal History Check
To search felony records for Travis County only, visit the Odyssey portal.
For the public: Only a summary of case information is available. Felony records prior to 2004 may be archived and not available in the portal.
Certified Felony Criminal History Record
We can provide you with a certified Negative or Positive Search Letter. Please submit your request through the District Clerk’s Records Request web form. The certification covers only Travis County Felony criminal cases. Additional fees may apply.
