Community Partners for Children
Community Partners for Children (CPC) is a community partnership of approximately 20 public and private community service organizations in Travis County and is Travis County’s Community Resource Coordination Group (CRCG). This partnership creates a single-point of community collaboration for families of children with complex needs residing in Travis County.
The Children’s Partnership
The Children’s Partnership provides services and supports to children and youth with complex mental health needs and their families. We partner with families and develop an individualized plan of care that builds on the strengths of the child, the family, and the team.
TRIAD
The TRIAD program is a part of the continuum of care for youth and their families provided by the Travis County System of Care. The goal of the TRIAD program is to ensure youth and their family’s access to intensive residential mental health treatment to enhance a youth’s functioning so they can return to the community with the tools they need to be successful.
Youth & Family Assessment Center
The Youth and Family Assessment Center (YFAC) is a collaborative initiative to expand the community’s system of care efforts and provide this strength-based, holistic wraparound approach to children and youth at-risk of serious behavior problems and school drop-out.
