LIHEAP is the program that funds the Comprehensive Energy Assistance Program (CEAP) at all seven Travis County Community Centers, helping low income residents pay their utility bills and achieve energy efficiency. Please provide your feedback to the state of Texas on their plans to spend this federal funding at the public hearings for the CSBG Draft Plan and the LIHEAP Draft Plan on Tuesday, July 7, 2015, 1:30-2:30 p.m. in Conference Room 116, TDHCA headquarters located at 221 East 11th Street, Austin, TX 78701.
