The Travis County HOME Program supports affordable housing opportunities for eligible low- and moderate-income households in unincorporated Travis County and the participating municipalities of Bee Cave, Creedmoor, Lago Vista, Lakeway, Manor, San Leanna, Sunset Valley, Webberville, and West Lake Hills.
Funding is provided by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) through the HOME Investment Partnerships Program (HOME).
