Travis County Food Pantry page

Approximately five days of food is provided for the household, including fresh and frozen foods. (Food offered varies from week to week depending on availability.)

FOOD PANTRY HOURS:

Monday: 8:30am to 4:30pm
Tuesday: 2:00pm to 4:30pm
Wednesday: 8:30am to 4:30pm
Thursday: 8:30am to 4:30pm
Friday: 8:30am to 4:30pm
(Pantry closed on Tuesday 8:30am to 2:00pm for restocking)

You can complete an application in person or through the Oasis link. Come to the Community Center during food pantry hours.

There is one public computer in the lobby and a public telephone in the center hallway.

Social Work and Case Management page

On Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays our partner agency Meals on Wheels program provides a place for older adults to gather for games (bingo, dominoes, cards games, puzzles), conversation and a shared nutritious lunchtime meal.

Congregate Meal sites are FREE for everyone and open to ANYONE age 60 or over!

Programming time is 10:00 AM -1:00 PM. Contact: Rebecca Miller congregate meal site manager at 512-854-1562 to sign up.

The Travis County Community Center in Manor has a meeting area that can be reserved for community groups. Space is available on a first come first served basis, based on the following criteria:

• No religious or political functions 
• No charge or fee for attendees of any event held at the Community Center
• Groups reserving the meeting area must have a community focus or benefit and cannot be for-profit.
• Events at the Community Center must be open to the public

Please contact us at the main number 512-854-1550 if you have a request or question. Examples of groups that use our Meeting area include 12 step groups, neighborhood associations, early voting, Community Center Advisory Board Meeting, and public information and education meetings.
