The Travis County Commissioners Court, through the Travis County Health and Human Services Department, annually invests in community-based social service programs. The FY 2019 Community Impact Report offers highlights of community context most pertinent to the services purchased within each issue area in FY 2019. The report also details investment, programmatic, and performance information on nearly $22 million of the Department’s contracted social service programs.
