The Travis County Commissioners Court, through the Travis County Health and Human Services & Veterans Service Department (TCHHS/VS), annually invests in community-based social service programs. The 2014 Community Impact Report offers highlights of community conditions most pertinent to the services purchased within each issue area in 2014. The report also details investment, programmatic, client demographic and performance information on nearly $16 million of the Department's contracted social service programs.
