AGENDA

1. Call the meeting of the Travis County Juvenile Board to order.
2. Review and approve minutes of the Travis County Juvenile Board meeting held on December 7, 2023.
3. Receive public comment.
4. Consider and approve the designation of Juvenile Processing Offices in Travis County for 2023-2024, pursuant to Texas Family Code Section 52.025.
5. Discuss and approve the attorneys on the Juvenile Court Attorney Appointment list as required by the Travis County Indigent Defense Plan.
6. In accordance with Texas Family Code Sections 51.12(c) and 51.125(b), conduct an inspection of the Travis County Juvenile Probation Department facilities and programs, and take any action deemed necessary.
7. EXECUTIVE SESSION: Texas Government Code, Sections 551.071, Consultation With Attorney; and 551.072, Deliberation Regarding Real Property: Receive update regarding potential build-out and future actions impacting property on adjacent property, and take any action deemed necessary.
8. EXECUTIVE SESSION: Texas Government Code, Section 551.074, Personnel Matters: Receive an update regarding the Chief Juvenile Probation Officer and take any action deemed necessary.
