HUB Program Changes

Travis County is aware of the recent changes to the State of Texas’ HUB Program effective 12/2/25 posted in the Texas Register.

Under the authority of the Commissioners Court and Texas Local Government Code §381.004 Community and Economic Development Programs, Travis County will continue its longstanding commitment to expanding access to contracting, educational and networking opportunities for small, diverse and veteran-owned businesses in a manner consistent with applicable federal and state law. County contracts and participation goals remain unaffected.  Travis County will continue to monitor legal and policy developments at the state level.

To support the needs of County departments to improve the quality of life for Travis County taxpayers.
