Travis County's Civil Courts are housed in the Heman Marion Sweatt Travis County Courthouse.
Our civil courts work to provide fair, effective and efficient resolutions to civil and family disputes in Travis County. The Travis County Civil Court system is comprised of twelve District Courts, four Associate Courts and two County Courts at Law.
