Should the Court wish to pursue recommendation from staff to consolidate the 2 boards, I offer the following procedure and timeline:
Dissolve the two boards 4/12
Reform with 2 boards of 5 common members
Hold over the current boards through April
Put out a general call for applications by Wednesday 4/13 strongly encouraging current board members to apply with a deadline of 4/22
Make appointments at the 4/26 Court session
