The Civil Litigation Division of the Travis County Attorney's Office represents and defends Travis County and its officials in all aspects of civil litigation. Practice areas include, but are not limited to, civil rights, land use, election law, personal injury, constitutional law, and employment law in both state and federal trial and appellate courts.
