The Appellate Division represents the State of Texas in all misdemeanor criminal appellate and writs of habeas corpus matters concerning cases prosecuted by the Travis County Attorney’s Office. The Division also represents the State of Texas in expunction and nondisclosure civil proceedings.

If you are representing yourself and have a filed-stamped petition in a nondisclosure proceeding, please provide a copy of it along with the proposed order to [email protected]. The Travis County Attorney’s Office will review nondisclosure petitions in the order in which they are received and will contact both you and the Court in which the Petition is pending once a decision has been made.
