The Affirmative Litigation and Compliance Team of the Travis County Attorney's Office represents Travis County and its officials in state and federal courts in civil matters where the County or a county official is a plaintiff. These matters may include, for example: subrogation, breach of contract, civil enforcement of environmental law, and collection of amounts due for services provided by the County.

ExpiredTAX RATE: TRAVIS COUNTY ADOPTED A TAX RATE THAT WILL RAISE MORE TAXES FOR MAINTENANCE AND OPERATIONS THAN LAST YEAR’S TAX RATE. THE TAX RATE WILL EFFECTIVELY BE RAISED BY 3.5 PERCENT AND WILL RAISE TAXES FOR MAINTENANCE AND OPERATIONS ON A $100,000 HOME BY APPROXIMATELY $9.12.
