The Honorable Kim Williams
Judge Williams has served as the presiding judge of the County Court at Law #9 since March, 2016.
Judge Williams also presides over the Misdemeanor Mental Health Docket which provides court supervision for defendants diagnosed with a mental illness who have entered an agreement with the State to have their criminal case dismissed after a period of treatment and stability.
