The Honorable Kim Williams
Judge Williams has served as the presiding judge of the County Court at Law #9 since March, 2016.
Judge Williams also presides over the Misdemeanor Mental Health Docket, which is a court program for people charged with misdemeanors who have a diagnosed mental illness. People in the program agree to court supervision, treatment, and other requirements. If they complete the program and show stability for a set period of time, the State agrees to dismiss their criminal case.
