The Honorable Brad Urrutia
Judge Urrutia has served as the presiding judge of the 450th District Court since January, 2017.
Judge Urrutia also manages the Veterans Treatment Court (VTC). The VTC utilizes a non-adversarial approach in which the Veterans Court team works together with the Veteran to guide him/her toward successfully attaining their goals, which include sobriety, recovery, and stability.
