It uses American Rescue Plan Act funds to offer a second round of grants of up to $40,000 to eligible local small businesses that were on the waitlist for the TCTX Thrive 1.0 program but did not receive assistance.
Travis County’s TCTX Thrive 3.0 Small Business Relief Program is designed to offer a response to the negative economic impacts of the COVID-19 public health emergency.
