On January 24, 2023, Travis County Commissioners Court approved the TCTX Thrive 2.0 Small Business Relief program using American Rescue Plan Act funds. It will be open to small businesses that were on the waitlist for TCTX Thrive 1.0 program but did not receive assistance.
