Travis County’s TCTX Thrive 1.0 Small Business Relief Program (2020-2021) and TCTX Thrive 2.0 Small Business Relief Program (2023-2024) were designed to offer a response to the economic crisis related to COVID-19 through grants of up to $40,000 for local small businesses that met eligibility requirements.

On April 4, 2023, Travis County Commissioners Court approved using $2.5 million of American Rescue Plan Act Funds to create the TCTX Thrive 3.0 Small Business Support Program. It will respond to negative economic impacts of the COVID-19 public health emergency by funding business training and coaching programs that will help small businesses develop and improve basic business practices, prepare for accessing capital, and plan for and navigate ownership transition.

This program is currently in the design phase. Stay tuned for updates! We will update this page as more information becomes available.
