With the adoption of the 2021 Fire Code, updates have been made the the Mobile Food Vending requirements. Please review the Mobile Food Vending Checklist for the updates.

Travis County Fire Marshal’s Office will be conducting Fire & Safety inspections on Travis County Permitted Mobile Vending Units beginning October 1, 2017. This will improve the safety of your unit and make mobile food vendor inspections more consistent. For your convenience, these inspections will be conducted at the same time and place as the Health Mobile Vending Inspections.
