Step 1
Complete the Public Information Request Form.
Request must include contact name, phone number, email address, mailing address, and indicate contact preference.
Step 2
Send the request form via:

Upon receipt of the request, the Purchasing Office will send confirmation within 24 hours.
Step 4
Per Government Code § 552.221(d), the Purchasing Office will respond to your request within 10 business days after the date of receipt. If the Purchasing Office cannot produce the information within 10 business days, the office will certify the fact in writing and set a date within a reasonable time frame when the information will be available.
