Community Supervision monitors non-custodial parents who have been ordered by the Court to participate in the County Community Supervision Program. Together, with the collaboration of the Office of the Attorney General, we ensure non-custodial parents, who are on probation, pay the child and medical support as notated in their court orders. Officers conduct monitoring and supervision of non-custodial parents and provide community resources that aid with the collection of child support payments. Our officers develop and implement a reporting schedule that creates a positive line of communication and motivates non-custodial parents to maintain compliance with court orders.
