Judge Slagle performs wedding ceremonies Monday through Friday in the courtroom during regular business hours. Evening and weekends may be available, upon request.
Weddings are scheduled by appointment; however, walk-ins are welcomed so long as the Judge’s schedule permits.
- All ceremonies can be conducted in English, Spanish and American Sign Language (with advance notice to schedule an interpreter).
- Couples are responsible for obtaining a license in advance and bring it to the courthouse at the time of the ceremony. A marriage license must be at least 72 hours old from the issuance date, but not older than 90 days. To obtain a marriage license you must contact the Travis County Clerk’s office at (512) 854-9188 or by visiting their website.
- Judge Slagle also welcomes appointments for signature of marriage license only.
