IMPORTANT NOTICE MUST READ:
Due to health and safety concerns regarding coronavirus (COVID-19), Justice of the Peace PCT. 2 will be operating with limited operations until further notice.
- Read the JP2 reopening notice effective June 15, 2020.

Note:
- All non-essential court proceedings will be rescheduled or held remotely until after May 1, 2021
- Residential evictions applicable to the court’s standing order will be abated until after May 1, 2021
- Writs of possession for cases applicable to the court’s standing order will continue to be abated until after May 1, 2021 if the defendant/tenant has filed a CDC Declaration with the court prior to execution
- Any jury trials must be tried remotely until May 1, 2021
- Class C ticket appearances are rescheduled until after May 1, 2021
- No warrants for failing to appear to court for Class C Misdemeanor violations will be issued until after May 1, 2021
