You may schedule an appointment online for the various services offered by the Travis County District Clerk’s Office. Please remember you may need to gather certain documents or records before we’re able to assist you.
Family

Civil Records / Exhibits

Book here to research, locate, or pick up various records related to criminal, civil, and family/domestic relations cases. Some records may also be filed, but our office doesn’t provide those forms.
Passports
Passport services are offered by appointment only. Appointments are generally booked a month in advance.
Finance/Collections
Book here for financial business that must be handled in person, such as cash payments or presenting original state issued identifying documents.
Criminal – Expunction
Pro se petitioners can book appointments to file petitions for expunctions or non-disclosures.
Attorneys can book appointments to pick up eligible expunction files for destruction.

In order to make an online appointment, the following personal identifiable information will be collected and temporarily stored:
- Your name
- Your phone number
- Your email address
Use of Collected Information
Your information is used to secure an appointment with the District Clerk’s Office. Your phone number and email address are used to confirm your appointment, reminder of an upcoming appointment or any necessary change to your appointment.
Retention and Destruction of Collected Information
Information collected by the online appointment scheduling system including your name, phone number and email address is stored by the system for purposes of scheduling. Pursuant to the State Records Retention Schedules, this information need only be retained for as long as administratively valuable. The scheduling information is only needed by the District Clerk’s Office until the time of your appointment and will be deleted thereafter in accordance with State retention laws. The deletion includes both the active system and any backup of system data.
