Passport services are offered by appointment only. Appointments are generally booked a month in advance.

In order to make an online appointment, the following personal identifiable information will be collected and temporarily stored:
- Your name
- Your phone number
- Your email address
Use of Collected Information
Your information is used to secure an appointment with the District Clerk’s Office. Your phone number and email address are used to confirm your appointment, reminder of an upcoming appointment or any necessary change to your appointment.
Retention and Destruction of Collected Information
Information collected by the online appointment scheduling system including your name, phone number and email address is stored by the system for purposes of scheduling. Pursuant to the State Records Retention Schedules, this information need only be retained for as long as administratively valuable. The scheduling information is only needed by the District Clerk’s Office until the time of your appointment and will be deleted thereafter in accordance with State retention laws. The deletion includes both the active system and any backup of system data.
