This meeting may include one or more members of the Bail Bond Board that will participate by videoconference. The presiding officer and a quorum of the Board will be physically present, and it is their intent to preside over the meeting at the Travis County Administration Building, Commissioners Courtroom-Executive Session Room, 700 Lavaca Street, Austin, Texas 78701. The meeting shall be open to the public during the open portions of the meeting, and the member participating by video conference shall be visible and audible to the public for as long as the member participates while speaking.
Members of the public may attend in person or listen to the meeting and give comment before the Bail Bond Board on any item on this agenda by joining the meeting room by calling 512-854-8326 and entering the conference ID: 370 587 865 followed by the pound key (#).
A. Consider minutes of the January 7, 2025, meeting and take appropriate action.
B. Discuss updating the Bail Bond Board approved Checklist for Bail Bond Board Site Visits and take appropriate action.
C. Receive update from the County Attorney’s Office on possible violations of the City of Austin’s zoning regulations for bail bond companies and take appropriate action.
D. Discuss updating Bail Bond Board website and documents to include new email.
