This meeting may include one or more members of the Bail Bond Board that will participate by videoconference. The presiding officer and a quorum of the Board will be physically present, and it is their intent to preside over the meeting at the Travis County Administration Building, Commissioners Courtroom-Executive Session Room, 700 Lavaca Street, Austin, Texas 78701. The meeting shall be open to the public during the open portions of the meeting, and the member participating by videoconference shall be visible and audible to the public for as long as the member participates while speaking.
Members of the public may attend in person or listen to the meeting and give comment before the Bail Bond Board on any item on this agenda by joining the meeting room by calling 512-854-8326 and entering the conference ID: 202 066 662 followed by the pound key (#).
A. Consider minutes of the June 3, 2026, meeting and take appropriate action.
B. Consider the renewal application for Bankers Insurance Group, agent Lidio Ortiz, Jr., dba Bring’em Home 24/7 Bail Bonds license #072024, and take appropriate action.
C. Consider the renewal application for Lexington National Insurance Corporation, agent Jessica Zak, dba Travis County Bail Bonds license #202407, and take appropriate action.
D. Receive report from bail bonding licensee(s) on client check-in processes and software options and take appropriate action.
E. Consider and discuss legislative agenda for the upcoming 90th session of the Texas Legislature and take appropriate action.1
F. Public Comment.
