This meeting may include one or more members of the Bail Bond Board that will participate by videoconference. The presiding officer and a quorum of the Board will be physically present, and it is their intent to preside over the meeting at the Travis County Administration Building, Commissioners Courtroom-Executive Session Room, 700 Lavaca Street, Austin, Texas 78701. The meeting shall be open to the public during the open portions of the meeting, and the member participating by videoconference shall be visible and audible to the public for as long as the member participates while speaking.
Members of the public may attend in person or listen to the meeting and give comment before the Bail Bond Board on any item on this agenda by joining the meeting room by calling 512-854-8326 and entering the conference ID: 186 503 399 followed by the pound key (#).
A. Consider minutes of the August 5, 2026, meeting and take appropriate action.
B. Consider the renewal application for Allegheny Casualty Company, agent Jessica Zak, dba Bulldog Bail Bonds license #012015, and take appropriate action.
C. Consider request from Financial Casualty and Surety, agent Lee Wilson dba Freedom Bail Bonds for release of certificate of deposit being held as collateral for his license and take appropriate action.
D. Consider request from Financial Casualty and Surety, agent Troy McLehany dba Freedom Bail Bonding for release of certificate of deposit being held as collateral for his license and take appropriate action.
E. Consider and discuss forming a subcommittee to revise the Bail Bond Board approved CCP 17.16 and 17.19 forms and take appropriate action.
