Ms. Ortega-Carter called the meeting to order.
A. Consider the minutes of the April 3, 2024, meeting and take appropriate action.
Mr. Blackburn moved, Mr. Engle seconded, and the Board voted to approve the minutes.
B. Discuss meeting requirements of Texas Occupations Code §1704.055 and take appropriate action.
The Board discussed the requirements of the Texas Occupations Code after an update fromMs. Cox. No action was taken.

Mr. Engle moved, Ms. Green seconded, and the Board voted to adjourn.
