Mr. Engle called the meeting to order.
A. Consider the minutes of the February 2025, meeting and take appropriate action.
Mr. Blackburn moved, Ms. Green seconded, and the Board voted to approve the February 5, 2025, minutes.
B. Consider the renewal application for United States Fire Insurance Company, agent Troy McLehany, dba Kwik Out Bail Bonds, license # 012017, and take appropriate action
Mr. Blackburn moved, Judge Mueller Seconded, and the Board voted to approve the renewal application for United States Fire Insurance Company, agent Troy McLehany, dba Kwik Out Bail Bonds, License # 012017.
C. Consider the new application for Universal Fire & Casualty Insurance Company, agent Ashley Cantu dba Ashley’s Bail Bonds and take appropriate action
Mr. Blackburn moved, Judge Meyerson seconded, and the Board voted to approve the new application for Universal Fire & Casualty Insurance Company, agent Ashley Cantu, dba Ashely’s Bail Bonds.
D. Receive report from the Complaints subcommittee and take appropriate action
This item was passed to next month’s meeting.
