Ms. Ortega-Carter called the meeting to order.
A. Consider minutes of the July 1, 2026, meeting and take appropriate action.
After a discussion, Mr. Blackburn moved, Mr. Engle seconded, and the Board voted to approve July 1, 2026, minutes with the correction of adding Mr. Blackburn to the “present” section
B. Public Comment
Ms. Ortega-Carter prompted those in person to introduce themselves.
Lt. Everill moved and Mr. Engle seconded and the Board voted to adjourn.
