Ms. Ortega-Carter called the meeting to order.
A. Consider minutes of the May 7, 2025, meeting and take appropriate action.
- Mr. Engle moved, Ms. Green seconded, and the Board voted to approve the May 7, 2025, minutes.
B. Receive report from Complaints subcommittee and take appropriate action.
- Ms. Price moved, Judge Mueller seconded, and the Board voted to have the Complaints subcommittee meet and discuss next steps.
C. Discuss the issuance of new bail bond licensee cards and take appropriate action.
- Ms. Riojas met with the sheriff’s office to discuss changes and was given new information. Ms. Riojas will send updated information to Bail Bond Board members.
D. Public Comment
- Ms. Cox updated the Board that both HB 3566 and SB 1549 failed to advance through the legislative process. There will be no changes to the requirement that the Board meet monthly.

Ms. Price moved, Mr. Engle seconded, and the Board voted to adjourn.
