Ms. Ortega-Carter called the meeting to order.
A. Consider minutes of the February 4, 2026, meeting and take appropriate action.
Mr. Engle moved, Mr. Blackburn seconded, and the Board voted to approve February 4, 2026, minutes.
B. Consider the renewal application for Jennifer Moreno-Williams, dba Bail Bonds Express, license # 226450, and take appropriate action.
Mr. Engle moved, Mr. Blackburn seconded, and the Board voted to approve the renewal application for Jennifer Moreno-Williams dba Bail Bonds Express, for a three year term.
C. Discuss updating the Bail Bond Board website and documents to include new email and take appropriate action.
Mr. Engle moved, Mr. Blackburn seconded, and the Board voted to modify the applications and documents on the Bail Bond Board website to reflect the new email address for submission.
D. Receive update from the County Attorney’s Office on possible violations of the City of Austin’s zoning regulations for bail bond companies and take appropriate action.
This item was passed to next month’s meeting.
E. Consider and discuss updating the local Travis County Bail Bond Board Rules and Regulations concerning location requirements for licensee’s offices and take appropriate action.

F. Consider request from Jennifer Moreno dba Bail Bonds Express for release of certificates of deposit being held as collateral for her license and take appropriate action
Mr. Blackburn moved, Mr. Engle seconded, and the Board voted to approve Jennifer Moreno’s request to release the certificate of deposit being held as additional collateral for her license.
G. Public Comment
Mr. Engle moved, and Mr. Blackburn seconded, and the Board voted to adjourn.
