Judge Williams performs wedding ceremonies Monday through Friday in the courtroom during regular business hours and some weekends. Weddings off-site are available and the cost is contingent on the venue location and time.

Any marriages performed outside of normal business must be requested via email at [email protected].

Weddings are scheduled online here; however, walk-ins are welcomed so long as the Judge's schedule permits.

A marriage license is required. The marriage license must be purchased at least 72 hours before the ceremony unless you have a waiver. The wedding must be performed no more than 89 days after the marriage license is purchased.

Payment is accepted by cash or via cash app (During business hours $100.00). The maximum amount of guest in the courtroom is 25 (including the couple).  We do not allow any rice, flower petals, etc. in the court premises.

2025 TAX RATE: TRAVIS COUNTY ADOPTED A TAX RATE THAT WILL RAISE MORE TAXES FOR MAINTENANCE AND OPERATIONS THAN LAST YEAR’S TAX RATE. THE TAX RATE WILL EFFECTIVELY BE RAISED BY 8.0 PERCENT AND WILL RAISE TAXES FOR MAINTENANCE AND OPERATIONS ON A $100,000 HOME BY APPROXIMATELY $24.73.
