The Investment Management department monitors the county's operating funds and manages investment portfolios per the Travis County Investment Policy and the State of Texas Public Funds Investment Act.
The department also manages and coordinates the county’s bank depository contract.
Investment Management is publicly posting the following written disclosure. The County intends that any Travis County approved broker can use this statement for purposes of independent Registered Municipal Advisor exemption to the SEC Municipal Advisor Rule 15B.
