Yes, CES offers both virtual and in person classes.
Payment is ONLY accepted in the form of a Credit Card, Money Order or Cashier’s Check.
- For the Alcohol/Drug classes, payment is required at the time of registration in order to secure your slot as spaced is limited.
- For the Education classes, you can register over the phone and payment is required the day you show up for your scheduled class.
- For the Alcohol/Drug classes, the cut off times to register are Monday through Thursday until 7pm and Fridays until 3pm as there is required paperwork that must be completed. EXCEPTION: For same day classes, registration ends at 3pm.
- For the Education classes, the Phone Center closes at 5pm Monday through Friday.
No, clients need to register their classes in order to complete the required paperwork and to make sure the class dates and times meet their schedule.

Yes, for the TDLR (Texas Department of Licensing & Regulations) program, you have the OPTION to take the class with another agency.
CES will accept the following Photo ID:
- A Texas Identification card or government issued ID.
- United States Citizenship Certificate
- Probation Card
- Work or School ID
CES does not provide childcare and children are not allowed in CES offices.
