Travis County Adult Probation Department’s policy against harassment applies to all persons, including applicants, vendors, clients, and the public; it is intended to protect Adult Probation applicants, vendors, clients, and the public from unlawful harassment by any person in connection with Adult Probation Department activities. The Adult Probation Department prohibits retaliation of any kind against applicants, vendors, clients, and the public, who, in good faith, bring harassment complaints or assist in investigating such complaints.
