Travis County Community Justice Services (TCCJS)
Travis County Community Justice Services is a coalition of three departments, Pretrial Services, Drug Diversion Court, and Adult Probation which support the criminal justice needs of Travis County. We process and present personal bonds to Court. We support people who participate in Drug Treatment Court. We assist people who rehabilitate themselves through community supervision in lieu of incarceration. We endeavor to facilitate positive behavior change, make our communities safer, and assist those who fall victim to crime.
Statement of Purpose
TAX RATE: TRAVIS COUNTY ADOPTED A TAX RATE THAT WILL RAISE MORE TAXES FOR MAINTENANCE AND OPERATIONS THAN LAST YEAR’S TAX RATE. THE TAX RATE WILL EFFECTIVELY BE RAISED BY 12.7 PERCENT AND WILL RAISE TAXES FOR MAINTENANCE AND OPERATIONS ON A $100,000 HOME BY APPROXIMATELY $34.51.
