Colleagues,
We're at the beginning of a new calendar year - a time of introspection and goal setting. The County Executives have provided us with the short, mid, and long-term goals for their departments. Please review what they've submitted with a special eye to:
I've attached both the County Executives' departmental goals (combined in a bookmarked PDF) and the most recent CATAA-lyst. Also for your reference, the County's Vision, Mission, and Goals we developed last year.
Here's to 2018!

Colleagues,
We're at the beginning of a new calendar year - a time of introspection and goal setting. The County Executives have provided us with the short, mid, and long-term goals for their departments. Please review what they've submitted with a special eye to:
- Scheduling staff updates with your subcommittees,
- Requesting agenda items as Court decision points arise;
- Adding other goals that may fall through the cracks between the County Executives' management stacks
I've attached both the County Executives' departmental goals (combined in a bookmarked PDF) and the most recent CATAA-lyst. Also for your reference, the County's Vision, Mission, and Goals we developed last year.
