2024 Commissioners Court Calendar -Item 35 on 1/9 VS

Members of the Commissioners Court:

In regards to Item #35 on the January 9th Voting Session, my office has been working with Judge Brown's office to create a revised calendar for consideration.  I believe this revised calendar strikes a balance of allowing for a reasonable number of No Action/"Skip" Days while reducing the number of initially proposed Consent days to allow for more County business to be conducted while the Court is convened.

Please find attached:
1) a memorandum from myself and Judge Brown, which both outlines our proposal and addresses previously heard concerns;
2) a copy of the proposed revised 2024 calendar; and
3) an AG opinion which is referenced in the memorandum.
