Civil process

We are available on the county e-Filing system, and it is very easy for attorneys to select “Service-Constable” and then add “Constable Pct. 3”.

However, the Civil Process is not the only service we provide. My staff and I are committed to bringing a higher level of professionalism to strengthen existing relationships and in building new ones. We also have a CORP: Constable’s Out Reach Program, an Environmental unit: Clean Air Task Force, and a Warrant unit hard at work for you.
