Use SAP ESS to set up payroll deductions for charitable giving. You can set up the deductions for:

Want to make a one-time donation? Click here to download a pledge form. Complete and submit it to the liaison in your department.
You can make one-time credit card donations through United Way's website.
Once you have filled out your pledge form, turn it into your Employee Campaign Leader or submit the pledge form to the Treasurer’s office with this form. Please follow the same procedure if you are submitting funds raised from a fundraiser.
