Construction Plan Applications Are Getting Simpler

Beginning 11/11/2026 , submit just one construction plan application through the permit side of MyGovernmentOnline (MGO). A separate construction plan application on the subdivision side will no longer be required. You can pay at any time. Payment verification, which is required to initiate review, will continue on Mondays, or the following working day if Monday is a holiday.

2025 July Flood Damage Repairs

The Travis County Commissioners Court has approved a waiver for the cost of a Development Permit and Septic Permits for those affected by the recent July 2025 Flood Event. To have the fee waived, owners will need to sign a Permit Fee Waiver Request, and submit it with their application(s)
