Travis County Development Services oversees guidelines, procedures, and permits for all development outside corporate city limits in the County, and they are responsible for floodplain management, construction activity inspections, and regulating subdivisions in unincorporated areas of the County and extraterritorial jurisdictions (ETJs) in partnership with other jurisdictions and agencies.

During this time, our team will be focused on ensuring a smooth transition to the new system to enhance the overall efficiency and experience.
