2025 July Flood Damage Repairs

The Travis County Commissioners Court has approved a waiver for the cost of a Development Permit and Septic Permits for those affected by the recent July 2025 Flood Event. To have the fee waived, owners will need to sign a Permit Fee Waiver Request, and submit it with their application(s)

For homes affected by the recent flooding, please do not forget that a development permit is required for all repairs on flood damaged structures and new structures. Additionally, if you have a Septic System (OSSF) that has been damaged or needs to be replaced, you must obtain a Septic (OSSF) Permit.
