Periodically the Land Management Plan is revised to accommodate adaptive management on the BCP. During the revision process a draft of the proposed modifications is submitted for public review followed by a public comment period. Typically informational meetings are held during the public comment period. Depending upon the input received, the modifications may be revised and made available to the public for review and comments.

The last formal revision of the Land Management Plan was approved by the BCCP Coordinating Committee on November 28th, 2007, submitted for review by the US Fish and Wildlife Service, and approved on March 4, 2008.
