Travis County CDBG invites you to comment on the proposed CDBG PY19, PY21, PY22, and PY23 Action Plan Substantial Amendments. Invitation is available in English and Spanish (español). Comments will be accepted for 30 days beginning January 14, 2026 at 8:00 a.m. and ending on February 17, 2026 at 5:00 p.m. or by participating in a public hearing on February 10, 2026 at 9:00 a.m. Beginning January 14, 2026, a draft of the proposed Substantial Amendments along with related summaries will be available for download on the Travis County CDBG webpage at https://www.traviscountytx.gov/health-human-services/cdbg.

Expired2025 TAX RATE: TRAVIS COUNTY ADOPTED A TAX RATE THAT WILL RAISE MORE TAXES FOR MAINTENANCE AND OPERATIONS THAN LAST YEAR’S TAX RATE. THE TAX RATE WILL EFFECTIVELY BE RAISED BY 8.0 PERCENT AND WILL RAISE TAXES FOR MAINTENANCE AND OPERATIONS ON A $100,000 HOME BY APPROXIMATELY $24.73.
