Travis County is teaming up with the City of Creedmoor for a bulk cleanup event that will take place this Earth Day! On Saturday, April 22, 2023, from 9 a.m. – 1 p.m., the City of Creedmoor and South Travis County residents can bring old appliances, furniture, scrap metal, lumber, and mattresses to 5008 Hartung Lane in Creedmoor, Texas.
Local cleanup initiatives like this help protect the environment in a multitude of ways. When we all come together to do our part, we not only see a decrease in litter pollution, but we see benefits to our wildlife, native plants, and our local water systems.
Through the help of Texas Disposal Systems, these items will be disposed of properly rather than finding a home on the side of the road, in drainage ditches, or even your front yard.
