The Austin/Travis County Community Health Plan invites you to their Community Forums!
The Community Health Plan (aka CHA/CHIP) is organizing several community forums in the Austin/Travis County area to give community members updates on the program and services being implemented to meet community needs. Community members are invited to attend this public meeting to learn more about available services and provide feedback on our health strategies. There will also be interactive exhibits for residents to engage with public health providers.

- Live Spanish and Vietnamese interpretation will be available
- Children's activities available
- Presentations from local public health partners
Three Events are scheduled for September through October in Pflugerville, Manor, and Hornsby Bend. The first event will take place in Pflugerville on Monday September 23rd from 6:00pm -7:30 pm in the Pflugerville Library. Upcoming Community Forums in three separate locations are open to all Austin/Travis County residents.
