The Travis County Sheriff's office has teamed up with Bella Beauty College to host Fresh Start. They will be offering free haircuts and hygiene gift bags for 100 school-aged kids (K-12) first-come, first-served. Gift bags include:
- Deodorant
- Shampoo/Conditioner
- Soap
- Toothpaste
- Toothbrush
- Etc.
