Residents are encouraged to stop by the site of their preference, where the Red Cross will assist with recovery planning, damage assessment, distribution of emergency supplies and crises counseling.
To ensure visitors receive the help they need, they should bring a utility bill, driver’s license or other document showing they live in the flood-affected home.
