National Night Out is an annual community-building event that promotes law enforcement-community partnerships. By hosting a National Night Out block party with your neighbors, you make your neighborhoods safer and take a step toward preventing crime in the future.
The Travis County Sheriff’s Office Celebrates National Night Out in order to enhance the relationship between neighborhoods and law enforcement. Participation involves anything from turning your porch light on to hosting block parties, cookouts or other community events with safety demos, youth events, and visits from law enforcement representatives.
