To get a flu shot, you MUST be covered by United Health Care through Travis County's health insurance plan, or you must be an active, named dependent (over the age of 10 years) of someone who is actively covered by UHC through Travis County. Please bring your UHC insurance card with you to the flu clinic. No card = no vaccination.

New hires who have not yet received their UHC cards and those who declined UHC through Travis County are not eligible for a flu shot through the Wellness Clinic--but are strongly encouraged to seek vaccination at their health professionals' offices. For new hires waiting on the UHC card to come in the mail, please call the clinic for a flu vaccination appointment once you receive the card.
