The Travis County Commissioners Court, through the Travis County Health and Human Services Department, annually invests in community-based social service programs. The FY 2025 Community Impact Report encompasses 13 issue areas—Access to Basic Supports, Behavioral Health Social Services, Behavioral Health Interlocals, Early Childhood, Youth Development, Housing Continuum, Planning and Evaluation, Public Health Interlocal, Animal Services Interlocal, Public Health Social Services, Safety Intervention Services, Supportive Services for Community Living, and Workforce Development—as well as an investment through Austin ISD Interlocals. This year’s report aggregates financial, demographic, geographic, and performance information on over $34.5 million of the Department’s social service contracts.
