Visor Identification Cards

DARS, Office for Deaf and Hard of Hearing Services (DHHS), has developed VISOR IDENTIFICATION CARDS for deaf drivers and for hard of hearing drivers that are for safety and intended for use when a driver is stopped by or approached by law enforcement officers.
