Commissioner Shea will abstain from Item 16, on the March 9, 2021 Commissioners Court agenda, to remain consistent with previous votes on projects over the aquifer.
16.    Consider and take appropriate action regarding the following requests:
A.   Plat for recording: Provence Phase 1, Section 5A Final Plat (long form plat - 62 total
lots - Lavonde Drive – No City ETJ) in Precinct Three; and
B.   Subdivision Construction Agreement between Travis County and Masonwood HP, Ltd.

TAX RATE: TRAVIS COUNTY ADOPTED A TAX RATE THAT WILL RAISE MORE TAXES FOR MAINTENANCE AND OPERATIONS THAN LAST YEAR’S TAX RATE. THE TAX RATE WILL EFFECTIVELY BE RAISED BY 3.5 PERCENT AND WILL RAISE TAXES FOR MAINTENANCE AND OPERATIONS ON A $100,000 HOME BY APPROXIMATELY $9.12.
